We originally planned to cover this in the VIP program section. However, since the offer is prominently placed on the homepage alongside the welcome bonus, we've included it here.
The homepage mentions 20% cashback – we assume this is only available at the highest VIP level.
As you might have noticed, this is not a real bonus but rather a perk from the VIP program.
If you reach the first VIP level, it works as follows:
A portion of the lost amount is refunded every day. So, the more you lose, the more you get back. The daily cashback is automatically credited to your account at 1 PM UTC (3 PM CEST).

Our Opinion: We don't think it's right to mention a bonus unlocked through a VIP program to level up alongside the welcome bonus. We also don't like the VIP program for several reasons – more on that later.

Our Opinion: Unfortunately, our fears were confirmed. This is yet another opaque VIP program that withholds crucial information from us. If you are looking for a fair VIP program, we can only advise against this one.
For your reference: Our 100 USDT test budget brought us around 15% of the first VIP level. Unfortunately, we cannot describe how this is calculated.
Simple Design Impresses with Ease of Use
After the big disappointment with the VIP program, let's turn to more positive aspects. The design in the desktop version is simple and straightforward.
At first glance, we found everything we needed, although the profile section feels a bit cluttered. More effort could have been made to avoid just duplicating the points from the top menu into the collapsed menu. The VIP program, for example, could have been better integrated here.
The mobile menu is similarly structured. There's not much more to mention.
Initially Friendly Support Chat Ignores Detailed Questions
Our initial frustration that not all important details are found on the website or in the terms and conditions was quickly alleviated by the live chat in just a few minutes. With a click on the chat icon in the bottom right corner, you're ready to start.
The best part?
No annoying chatbot is used; instead, we were directly connected to a staff member. Within just two minutes, we received a helpful response.
As mentioned in the VIP chapter, the answers became increasingly vague the more detailed our questions were.
Overall, we had the impression that the support is very courteous and friendly, but they also seem to lack the necessary information.
